  We can test and report on the existing wiring to your property. All our work is fully certified to BS7671

• New build/extensions
  We can look after all the wiring to either new property builds or extensions. All our work meets or exceeds the standards required by local authority inspectors.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Emergency   Lighting
We can install and certify emergency lighting to a variety of premises.

Test and Certification
We can test and certify all fire equipment, including extinguishers, fire blankets, smoke/heat detectors, alarms, door releases etc. and provide statements of conformance. Testing can be carried out at a time and in a manner to suit our clients.

Inspection and planned maintenance We can advise on planned maintenance requirements to assist our clients to fulfill their legal obligations as well as minimize the risk of downtime due to unexpected equipment failures.

New Build/Extensions
We can provide installation and inspection/certification services in both new build premises as well as extensions to existing commercial buildings.
